A Bit About Me
Keely Cobb is a Reno, NV based theatrical director, dance choreographer, performer, and a theatre and dance teacher. She is a five-time Nevada Arts Council grant recipient, a 2020 Artown Commissioned Artist the founder of Around the Stage | Theatrical Dance Company, Good Luck Macbeth Theatre Company's Resident Choreographer and the Director of Theatre at Sage Ridge School. Since graduating from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2016, Cobb has produced, choreographed and directed eight evening length dance works, choreographed dance films and music videos for artists in L.A, worked with multiple theatre companies in Reno, had her work showcased at the Dog Days of Summer Dance Festival and the Cleveland Dance Festival and has directed eight theatre productions at Sage Ridge School. She herself is a professional dancers for Rosie Trump | With or Without Dance, BLV Productions and Karen Burns Productions. She has performed in multiple theatres in the Reno area as well as at the Going Dutch Festival in Chicago, IL and The Cleveland Dance Festival.

AROUND THE STAGE
Cobb started Around the Stage | Theatrical Dance Company in early 2018. Around the Stage is a Reno based dance company that strives to present professional performance opportunities to local dancers and theater technicians in the area. Through a collaborative process, Around the Stage presents quirky evening length works that combine theatrical elements of crafting characters, investigating relationships and assembling narratives with multiple dance techniques. Around the Stage has presented work for Reno Little Theater, Good Luck Macbeth, Artown, Sierra Arts Foundation, The Cleveland Dance Festival, The Dog Days of Summer Dance Festival, The City of Reno, CampCare Nevada, and High Sierra Harmony.
